Food Closet Voucher Program
With a Food Closet voucher, you’ll have access to a wide selection of food items each month* Additionally, you may receive hygiene products, household essentials, holiday assistance, and pet food when available.
*We are excited to share that starting June 30, 2025, the Carson Valley Community Food Closet will fully transition into a Client Choice Pantry model! In addition to this change, we will also shift from monthly food distributions to a weekly distribution model, spreading the monthly food allotment across four weeks. This new system will help ensure more consistent access to food and provide more frequent opportunities for you to choose the items that best meet your household needs. Click HERE for more details
