Open to children ages newborn-17
For Current Food Closet Clients (with a valid Food Voucher)
Child must be part of your household.
Non-Food Closet Clients (Project Santa Claus Only)
Open to children of parents or legal guardians who reside in Douglas County, Nevada.
Must provide proof of Douglas County residency.
Must provide documentation showing legal guardianship of the child.
Child must be part of household, if not, please upload proof of legal guardianship.
Child must be your legal dependent. Please do not complete form unless you are parent/legal guardian.

Pick up Dates/Times at the Douglas County Fairgrounds will be:
Friday, December 19th 3PM – 6PM
or
Saturday, December 20th 9AM – 1PM
If you are not a current Food Closet Client, you must upload proof of Douglas County residency, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your name and address. In addition, please upload proof of legal guardianship of child, such as birth certificate/or court ordered guardianship.
