ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Open to children ages newborn-17 that are part of a household with a non-expired Food Closet Food Voucher or reside in Douglas County, Nevada or enrolled in Douglas County School District.
For Current Food Closet Clients (with a non-expired Food Voucher)
Child must be part of your household.
Non-Food Closet Clients (Project Santa Claus Only)
Open to children of parents or legal guardians who reside in Douglas County, Nevada or enrolled in Douglas County School District.
Must provide proof of Douglas County residency and/or enrollment in Douglas County School District.
Must provide documentation showing legal guardianship of the child.
Child must be part of household, if not, please upload proof of legal guardianship.
Child must be your legal dependent. Please do not complete form unless you are parent/legal guardian.

If you are not a current Food Closet Client, you must upload proof of Douglas County residency, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your name and address. In addition, please upload proof of legal guardianship of child, such as birth certificate/or court ordered guardianship.
